MaxCare Ambulance is committed to providing 'best practice' private ambulance transportation services to all our customers. MaxCare will achieve the highest standards of patient care and transport through its highly trained staff, modern vehicles and equipment, and will work closely with its business partners to deliver safe, cost effective, quality transport solutions. Our services are customized to fit your needs and focus on the highest standard of quality patient care, customer satisfaction and responsive, on-time performance.

The philosophy of MaxCare Ambulance is to "put the patient first". Therefore, MaxCare Ambulance will perform their duties professionally and confidentially, in accordance with nationally agreed Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act.

MaxCare Ambulance provides inter-facility patient transportation services to and from facilities such as hospitals, skilled nursing, assisted/independent living facilities as well as private residences in San Diego. These services are also available for long distance transports

The MaxCare Promise

1. To transport all persons in a manner affording safety, dignity, due diligence and care.

2. When transporting patients and escorts/relatives MaxCare will consider their well¬being by providing medical staff and drivers who are qualified and trained to provide the care appropriate to that patients/persons condition.

3. MaxCare will abide by the rules set down by the Health and Safety department with regards the implementation of all policies relating to the operations of an ambulance service.

4. MaxCare will not knowingly expose any person employed or carried in a MaxCare vehicle to danger, risk of contamination (including cross infection) or to physical/ mental harm.

5. MaxCare staff will at all times follow the instructions of medical persons senior in profession when transporting patients.

Our People

At MaxCare Ambulance, we believe that it is our people who make us a truly great company. Our management ensures that the same consistent, high quality patient care is provided on each and every call. We encourage all our staff to be actively involved within the company and this has produced a positive, interactive relationship within the company. All staff hold current certification for their respective grades, with most holding enhanced training for both medical and trauma patients.
We employ only the most highly trained and skilled medical personnel. E.M.T's (Emergency Medical Technicians) are employed to undertake medical roles when accompanied by more qualified staff.
